Most insurance plans including Highmark BC/BS and UPMC are accepted. The Family Counseling Center is also a Medicaid and Medicare provider and participates in the VBH and CCBH networks. Armstrong and Indiana County residents may qualify for free or reduced fee services based on income verification. Family Counseling Center does not discriminate in the provision of services to any individual (1) because the individual is unable to pay or because payment for those services would be made under Medicare, Medicaid or the State Children’s Health Insurance Program or (2) based upon the individuals race, color, religious creed, disability, ancestry, national origin (including limited English Proficiency), age or sex.
